Preparation methods:
Take Sambar directly from the freezer. Empty the entire content in a deep pan and add 250ml of water to it. Bring to boil, keep boiling for 10 min. (Side by side, if desired, sauté Drumsticks, Shallot and Brinjal; add it to the boiling Sambar; keep boiling on medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.) Garnish with fresh chopped Coriander. Serve hot and enjoy the authentic taste. If you require lesser quantity take only required quantity directly from the freezer and keep the remaining back in the freezer immediately.
