Ingredients:

Split White Gram, Edible Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed Oil), Coconut, Coriander Leaves, Carrot, Green Chilli, lodised Salt, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper.

Preparation methods:

Take Malabar Paratha directly from the freezer. Open the packet and take as many parathas as required. Keep the remaining back in the freezer immediately. Place the paratha on a pre-heated pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil/butter to the side of the pan. Heat for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame while flipping every 30 seconds. Keep pressing the paratha gently until both the surfaces turn golden brown. Repeat the above steps for another parathas.

(Optional) for soft Malabar Parathas, dip it in water before placing on a Pre-Heated pan. Do not Microwave.
