Preparation methods: Mix 1 measure of Sankalp Dosa Mix with 11½ measures of water into a smooth batter. Set aside for 30minutes. Spread one small cup of batter on a heated tawa, add a spoonful of ghee or oil and fry both sides on low flame till golden brown. Rub tawa gently with damp cloth, to cool the surface and repeat the above steps for another Dosa.
