Ingredients:
Millet Flour (Sorghum (34%), Kodo (7%), Proso (7%), Little (7%), Barnyard (7%), Foxtail (7%), Split Black Gram, Iodized Salt, Citric Acid and Baking Soda Sachet
Preparation methods:
Mix 1 measure of Multi Millet Idli Mix with 1% measure of water into a smooth batter.
Stir the mixture until the mixture is lump-free. Set aside for 15 mins. Do not vigorously stir the batter again.
Grease the Idli mould with a little bit of oil. Gently pour into the Idli stand. Steam the batter in an Idli cooker or vessel for 20 Minutes. Your healthy Idli is ready to eat.
