Sankalp Instant Millet Beetroot Dosa Mix offers a nutritious twist to your traditional dosa with the goodness of millets and the vibrant flavour of beetroot. Crafted from a wholesome blend of Finger Millet, Sorghum Millet, and Pearl Millet (each at 18%), combined with Rice Flour and Split Black Gram, this mix is rich in fiber, protein, and essential nutrients.

Ingredients:
Millet Flour (Finger Millet (18%), Sorghum Millet (18%), Pearl Millet (18%)), Rice Flour, Split Black Gram, Dehydrated Vegetable Powder (Beetroot(1%) & Fenugreek), Spices & Condiments, Baking Powder, Lemon Powder

Preparation methods:

Mix 100g of Dosa Mix with 200ml water and set aside for 10 to 15 mins. You can add little bit of curd in the batter to enhance the taste(optional). The batter is ready to make Dosas. Heat and grease the tawa.

Spread the batter in tawa into a thick circle. Add 1tbsp of oil/ghee on the sides and cook till golden brown. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
