Ingredients:
Finger Millet(75%), Split Black Gram, Iodised Salt, Fenugreek Powder and Citric Acid
Preparation methods:
Mix 1 measure of Finger Millet Dosa Mix with 1% measure of water into a smooth batter. Stir the mixture until the mixture is lump free. Set aside for 15 mins.
Spread one small cup of batter on a heated tawa, add a spoonful of ghee or oil and fry both sides on low flame till golden brown.
Rub the tawa gently with a damp cloth to cool the surface and repeat the above steps for another Dosa.
