Packed with the goodness of split Bengal gram (6%) and cashew nuts, this mix offers a satisfying crunch and a burst of flavours from mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and red chili.

Ingredients:
Barnyard Millet (50%), Foxtail Millet (37%),Split Bengal Gram (6%), Cashewnut, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Red Chilli, Iodized Salt, Curry Leaves, Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm & Sesame), Dehydrated Vegetables (Ginger, Carrot & Green Chilli)

Preparation methods:

Take 3 cups (Approx. 225ml) of water and bring to a boil. Add 1 cup (75g) of the mix to the boiled water slowly by stirring to avoid lumps.

Cover with a lid and let it cook for 5 mins.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with chutney. (Add vegetables and oil or ghee of your choice to enhance taste).
