Ingredients: Rice, Lentils, Salt, Tartaric Acid
Preparation methods: Mix 1 Measure of Sankalp’s Uttapam Mix into 11½ Measure of water and make a smooth batter. Set aside for 30 minutes. Spread one small cup of batter on a heated tava, add a spoonful of ghee or oil, you can also add coriander, green chillies, onions, tomatoes and fry both sides on low flame till golden brown. Rub tawa gently with damp cloth to cool the surface and repeat the above steps for another Uttapam.
