Cancellation & Return Policy

 

SPF shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. SPF shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and User has been charged. 

 

Customer shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, only before the Order has been shipped. Cancellation of the order can be done logging on to SPF ecommerce website (“www.shop.samkalpfoods.com) in such a case we will refund payments made by you for the order either as a Store Credit, which can be used on future purchases or in the same mode the customer has paid. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
